Postpartum Weight Loss- Stop the Baby Bulge

I know we have limited time as moms, so it’s important that you set your priorities.  One of your priorities should be to exercise at least 3-4 times per week.  The baby bulge is caused by body fat, so sit ups are not going to get rid of the fat- getting your heart rate up will!  So start small and go for a 10 min. walk then work your way up to 40-50 min..  Also help yourself- stop buying snacks such as chips that are high in fat and calories and contribute to the baby bulge.  Little changes can produce big results!
