If you’re trying to lose weight it’s important that you understand your eating habits and cravings. I highly recommend keeping a journal of how you felt during the day so you can see if you eat more when you are stressed. A lot of people eat more when they are stressed because food that tastes good can be comforting. Also, the most common foods that women eat are chocolate, and or other sweets, and or chips. By keeping a journal of your emotions, you will notice what you chose to eat when you’re stressed along with how much you ate. By becoming aware of what you are eating, you are one step closer to changing habits that hinder you from reaching your weight loss goals.
