Postpartum Weight Loss- Set Achievable Goals

If you want to lose weight set achievable goals.  I highly recommend that you set goals per day, per week, and per month.  For example: Day 1: I will walk a half a mile; Day 2: I will take an aerobics class, etc. Week 1: I will workout a minimum of 3 times this week.  Month 1: I will be consistent with my exercises, and I will notice progress in achieving my goals by my measurements, how I feel and fit in my clothes, and or by weight.  By listing small achievable goals, you will be excited and motivated to see your progress which will keep you on track towards losing weight.
