If you want to lose weight, I highly recommend that you stop eating at least 2-3 hrs. before you go to sleep. When you sleep you burn the least amount of calories, plus it’s harder for your body to digest food. A simple way to prevent eating before you go to bed is to set a time. For example, I know that 7:00 p.m. is my cutoff for eating. Small changes can really make a difference towards your weight loss goals!
