Have you ever noticed how much energy your child(ren) have?  If you “exercise” with them, meaning you follow them around, I promise you will lose weight!  You can make the games fun by playing follow the leader, or put on good music and dance.  You will reap a few benefits: your child will love your attention, which will pay off because your kids will act out less, plus you will get a great workout!
