Postpartum Weight Loss- Get Your Hubby Movin’

If you’re looking to loss the postpartum pounds it’s important that you get your husband involved.  Ask your husband to exercise with you.  When he cooks (I hope he does!), tell him you want him to make healthy dishes for everyone.  And if he doesn’t want to make changes, tell him that it’s important to you that he supports your efforts to lose weight.  For example, tell that it would be really helpful if he watched the baby/ kids so you can get in your workout.  And if he does the food shopping (I hope he does!), give him a list of healthy food choices and ask that he buy less chips and cookies.  Remind him that by living a healthier life style he too will feel good and he will be around longer to enjoy his family!
