There are so many diets out there trying to grab our attention.  A big one is to cut out carbs.  The thing is, you don’t need to cut out carbs, just cut down on portion size, period!  When you cut back on portions- meaning instead of eating till your stuffed, just eat till you’re comforably full, you’ll lose weight without having to cut out anything!
