Postpartum Weight Loss: Do NOT overtrain!

If you are wanting to lose postpartum pounds, I highly recommend that you pace yourself.  Often what happens is moms get really motivated to lose weight and end up working out too hard too often.  This can result in being really sore and or injured.  Then moms become discouraged and discontinue exercising.  Remember to pace yourself.  Start off slow and work your way up.  Every little bit counts!
