To Sara: “Does it make a differerence as far as calorie burning is concerened if I workout indoors or out?”
Answer from Sara: “Yes, if you workout when it’s cold outside you burn more calories to heat your body up. Also hills, stairs, and sand will challenge your body more than working out on a flat surface indoors. When you challenge your body/muscles you’ll increase muscle tone which result in burning more fat.”
