Postpartum Weight Loss- Buy Healthy, Eat Healthy

I often tell my clients that if they want to lose weight they should avoid buying foods that “taste good” but don’t have any nutritious value, such as chips, crackers, and other highly processed carbohydrates.  If they’re not in the cabinent you won’t be tempted to eat them, plus other members in your family will eat healthy too.  When you don’t have the option of eating non-nutritious foods you’ll find that healthy alternatives (i.e. such as nuts, fruit, etc.) can taste just as good, keep you satisfied longer, plus it will keep you headed in the right direction towards meeting your weight loss goals.
