My most popular question is how to get rid of the baby belly?  Many women think that by doing thousands of abdominal crunches it will magically make the fat disappear.  Abdominal crunches will strengthen the abdominals, but until the body fat is lost you won’t be able to see any muscle definition.  The key to flattening your abdominal muscles is to burn calories and body fat.  You can do this by getting your heart rate up through aerobic activity like power walking, walking up hills, swimming, biking, kicboxing, even certain styles of yoga!  Work up to 3-5 days of cardio for 30-45 min. for optimum results.  Once you burn fat then you’ll be sure to see flattening and muscle tone!
