Postpartum- Take Care of You and Feel Good After Baby

After you have a baby it’s common to feel like everyone elses needs are more important than yours.  However, more than ever you need to take care of yourself.  Treat yourself to something you enjoy at least 2 hours a week.  Examples include: talking with a friend on the phone, meeting for coffee, getting your nails done, going out to eat with your husband, going for a walk by yourself.  When you take care of your needs, you will be much more available for everyone elses needs because you will feel good about taking care of yourself.
