Postpartum Exercise- Toned, Sexy Shoulders

Here are some postpartum exercise tips for sexy shoulders.  Toned, sexy shoulders give the appearance of a smaller waist, plus it will help with lifting, and with your posture.  Try these simple exercises to create defined shoulders. #1.  Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, abs tight, with a slight bend in your knees, hands on your upper thighs with 1-3 lb. weight.  Lift your arms slowly palm down no higher than shoulder height.  Repeat 10-15 times.  #2. Do the same lift with your palms towards each other.  Repeat 10-15 times. #3. Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, slight bend in the knee, hands at your sides.  Slowly lift your arms out to the side, no higher than shoulder height.  Repeat 10-15 times.  As you get stronger combine all 3 moves and repeat the whole sequence 2-3 times.  Enjoy the results and the compliments!
