Postpartum exercise: Mother’s Day Fitness with Your Kids

Mother’s day is around the corner, and this is a special time to spend with your family.  If weather permits go outside and play with your kids.  It always amazes me how much energy my boys have (age 3.5 yrs. and 11 mo.).  If I keep up with them I feel I’ve had a workout.  This mother’s day I challenge you to run around as much as they do!  I’ve noticed that when I’m fully present and engaged with my children we have the best time, they’re well behaved,  and we’re all pooped and ready for a good nights sleep!
