Here’s a helpful postpartum exercise tip: If you want to get back your body fast, use your baby! Once your baby reaches the 8lb. mark you can use the babybjorn (which may be right away for some of you!). Once you get the a.o.k from your doctor, get moving! If your baby likes the stroller, push your baby up hills. This will allow you to get outdoors with your baby along with toning up your butt, thighs, and calves. If your baby doesn’t like the stroller or starts to get fussy, don’t fret, just pull out the BabyBjorn! The BabyBjorn is a great carrier. I use it all the time as do my “Fit Momma” members. When you carry the baby in the Bjorn, you will have added weight, and the workout will become a little harder, so pace yourself…and keep your mind on what results you want to accomplish!
