Postpartum Exercise: Football Shuffle to Tone Your Thighs

If you’re looking to tone your inner and outer thighs, the football shuffle is a great exercise.  To do it find a 15-20 ft. space.  Turn sideways and lead with your right foot.  Step it out about three feet then jump your left foot in to meet your right.  Repeat to the end of your 15-20 foot space, then go back to the other side leading with your left foot.  Repeat 8-10 times.  You’ll feel the burn, and your heart rate will get up so you will burn more calories.
