Postpartum Exercise- Double Stroller Workout

Boy, you can get quite the workout if you push a double stroller (i.e. the kind with one seat in front and the other in back) vs. a jogging stroller (seats are side to side).  I decided to try the front/back stroller today because my baby doesn’t like the double jogger (I think he’s afraid his brother will take something away from him).  The front/back double was so hard to push up hill!  My 4 year old was “helping” me by saying, “I think I can, I think I can”.  I could feel every muscle in my thighs and into my buttocks plus my shoulders.  My heart rate went way up too.  So if you want an added push try the front/back up a hill or two!
