Postpartum: After Baby- Take Time for You!

After having a baby it’s so easy to get consumed in everybody elses needs that you may forget your own needs.  Take the time to take care of yourself.  Remember what you did prior to baby that made you feel good, such as manicures, massages, meeting for coffee with a girlfriend, etc.  Schedule in time for you!  When you take time for you, you will feel good and you will be more present and loving with those you care about most.
