Muscle Toning Exercise: Shapely Calves

The muscle toning exercise to give defined shapely calves is quite simple.  Stand with your legs together and raise up onto the ball of  your foot using a stroller or a wall for balance.  As you lift squeeze your inner thighs and butt.  After 15 slow reps, do 15 pulses, then back to 15 slow reps.  To stretch your calves extend one leg back pressing your heal towards the ground while the other leg is bent in a 90 degree angle then repeat on the other side.
