“I joined Sara Holliday’s Fit Momma’s Stroller Workout when my first son was 7 weeks old. It allowed me to get my body back after my first son. I continued to work out with the Fit Momma’s while I was pregnant with my second son. In fact, I worked out up until the day my water broke. I had a tremendous amount of energy during the pregnancy. I was able to return to class when my second son was 6 weeks old. I feel amazing and had a much easier recovery this time around and I attribute this to the fact I remained fit throughout my pregnancy.
