After having a baby it can feel like your body will never be the same. Lots of my clients have asked me if their bodies will ever go back to the way it was. I believe your body does change after having a baby, but it can be even better. Personally, my body is different then it was before I had a baby, but I like it even better now (besides my breasts after nursing two babies!). By continuing to exercise and eating healthy before, during, and after your pregnancy, you body will get back quicker. My advice is this: Focus on what you want to accomplish. Write down your specific goals. Keep your goals in mind while you are exercising and while making food choices. By staying focused you will achieve your goals sooner.
