As a holistic health practitioner with a certificate in massage therapy I know all the “educational” benefits of massage including improving circulation, cleansing the lymph (blood), reducing muscle soreness and reducing stress, but when you experience one all you can say is “ahhhhhhhhh!” I had one today and could feel the tension, stress, and muscle soreness melting out of my body. After my massage my mood was elevated and I felt relaxed and invigorated all in one. I highly recommend massage as part of everyone’s monthly necessity!
