Pregnancy Health- Feel Good and Look Good, Drink Water!

When you’re pregnant it’s more important than ever to drink plenty of water.  There are multiple benefits to drinking water.  By keeping your body hydrated with water it can help reduce edema (or swelling typically caused pregnancy).  It also keeps your digestive system in good working order to prevent constipation (another common complaint of pregnancy).  Several other benefits include a clearer complexion, healthier hair and nails.   Work up to drinking at least 10 ounces of water a day.  An easy way to consume 10 ounces is to get a water container that holds at least that amount.  Once you start drinking water consistently you’re body will begin to crave it.  You’ll think, “how did I ever go without it?”
