Postpartum Weight Loss- Don’t Wear Your Maternity Clothes When You’re Not Pregnant

One sure way to feel fat is when you continue to wear maternity clothes even when you are not pregnant.  Eventhough your body has changed, it’s important that you buy or wear clothes that fit your body.  Don’t put on something that makes you look and feel larger!  A step towards losing weight is to feel good within, and part of this entails wearing clothes that work on your body.
