Postpartum Weight Loss- Don’t Sabotage Your Results!

So many moms are determined to lose the baby weight and are dedicated for a few months.  They eat healthy and exercise consistently and feel great in their “new bodies”.  Unfortunately, it’s also common to have life circumstances that pull mom away from her routine and result in poor eating and lack of exercise which equats to packing on the pounds.  One tip I always tell my clients is to remember how good you feel/ felt when you are taking care of YOU!  Ask yourself if eating unhealthy and being sedentary is worth the pain you will feel later.
