I know I say this over and over because it’s really important… LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If you are feeling really tired, your body is telling you to take a break. If you are feeling under the weather, do not push yourself to exercise. If you are feeling light headed, stop working out. If you are feeling really out of breath and your heart rate is uncomfortably high, STOP! All of the above are signs from your body indicated a need to rest or stop. If you workout beyond your body’s cues, you can potentially harm yourself. Also, you could start negatively associating exercise with feeling bad and discontinue exercising all together. When you listen to your body you will feel good when you are working out and you will get better results!
