Postpartum Weight loss: Don’t Buy Junk Food!

If you’re looking to lose postpartum pounds, it’s important that you are aware of the food you are buying.  Think about this…are you buying a lot of chips and cookies?  And if so, do you feel tempted eat chips and cookies if they’re around the house?  If you are buying junk food, I recommend that you cut down, or even cut most of it out.  If junk food is around the house and you can’t eat it in moderation, then you are sabatoging your efforts towards losing weight!  The more healthy you eat, the less your body will crave sweets and salty foods.
