If you have been working out consitently but can’t seem to lose the last of your postpartum weight, try this simple tip…up the intensity! What I mean by this is if workout a little harder. For example if you walk, increase the intensity by pumping your arms. If you kickbox, kick a little higher. By increasing the intensity of your workouts you will burn more calories and thus lose more weight.
