Postpartum Weight Loss- Reward Yourself

As you lose your postpartum weight, it’s important that you reward yourself.  For example, you can set a goal such as “I will exercise 4 times a week for 2 weeks”.  At the end of two weeks your reward is a pedicure.  Every 2-3 weeks, and/or when you have accomplished a goal, you will have a small reward lined up.  By having small rewards you will be more likely to stay motivated to accomplish your goals.
