Postpartum Weight Loss- Eat Half

When you want to lose postpartum pounds it can be difficult when you go to a restaurant, because often restaurants serve large portions.  Restaurant portions much larger than you would probably normally eat, but because it tastes good you may eat most or all of it and end of feeling uncomfortable, too full, and bloated.  A good way to control portion size when going out to eat is to have the waiter/tress pack half of  your meal in a to go bag prior to bringing out your meal.  This way you won’t be tempted to eat too much, plus you will have a great meal waiting for you the next day!
