Postpartum Weight Loss- Enjoy your Food!

A trick to losing postpartum weight is to enjoy the food you eat.  What I mean is to take your time while you eat.  Avoid distractions like TV, and focus on the different tastes you are eating.  By eating slowly you will be more conscience of what you eat, and you will be less likely to consume more than you need, and thus you will lose weight.
