Postpartum Weight Loss-Delicious Healthy Talapia Tacos

If you’re a busy mom like me it can be challenging to have the time to make healthy food.  I found frozen talapia at Costco and it’s delicious steamed.  I like that it doesn’t have a fishy flavor.  It’s light, moist, and flaky consistency.  To make delicious Talapia Tacos:
*Defrost Talapia
*Thin coat a large frying pan w/ olive oil
*Add the fish (the portions are small so approx. 1/2-3/4 of the fish per taco)
*Spice fish with garlic powder, pepper, and seasoning salt
*Add water to pan for moisture
*Add desired amount of salsa to pan
*Cover for approx. 10-15 on low heat
*Heat taco shells 3 min. in oven 350 degrees
*Place a handful of mozerella cheese on bottom of taco
*Place fish inside taco
*Add fresh avacado, lettuce and additional salsa if desired
*Enjoy!!
