Pregnancy and Your Emotions

As your body changes with your pregnancy your mood will likely change too.  The key is to be aware of how you feel and express what you need to those you love.  If you’re feeling insecure about the way you look ask your husband or partner to tell you what you’d like to hear.  For example say, “Hon, I feel so big right now…I need you to tell me that you still think I’m beautiful.”  The more open you are with your needs the more connected you’ll feel with those you love, and the better you’ll feel.
