Postpartum Weight Loss- Your Mindset Matters

What are you focused on when it comes to losing weight?  What are you saying to yourself?  If you’re focusing on your weight you’re likely placing your energy on what you don’t like about your body.  Instead keep your mind positive with what you want to accomplish.  For example, instead of saying, “I want to lose 10 lbs.” Say, “I chose to be healthy”.  When you focus your attention on good health vs. weight, you’ll be more likely to chose activities and foods that match your “healthy attitude”!
