Postpartum Weight Loss-The Benefits of Walking Your Dog

I’ve noticed that most people in my neighborhood have dogs but they don’t walk them. When I walk by their houses their dogs are running in circles barking. My neighbor’s are missing out on a valuable opportunity- to get fit and to mellow out their dog. Medium to large dogs should be walked a minimum of a half hour two times per day. The exercise is beneficial for prolonging your dog’s life and walking results in a calm and happy dog. Walking your dog will benefit your body and mind too. You’ll develop stronger legs (and shoulders if you have big dogs), and you’ll feel more relaxed too.
