Postpartum Weight Loss: Two Minute Toner for the Buttocks

From Fit by Sara: “I recommend kickboxing because it gets your heart rate up so you burn a lot of calories and back kicks are great for toning the hamstrings (back of upper thigh), buttocks, and low back. Set your timer for 2 minutes and go!
2 Minute Toner for the Buttocks
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width a part
2. Keep your hips squared forward while kicking your right leg straight back for 15 reps
3. Switch legs and repeat on the left side
4. After 15 reps each go to alternating legs until the timer stops
5. As you get stronger increase the minutes.
