Postpartum Weight Loss- Stress Can Make You Fat

Having trouble losing weight?  Did you know that stress can actually make you fat?  The reason why is because when we’re stressed our bodies crave quick energy.  So the foods we typically turn too for fast energy are high in fat and high in calories.  So what should you do to reduce your stress?  1.
