From Sara of Fit by Sara: “You certainly don’t need to do crunches everyday to get six pack abs.  In fact lean abdominals is obtained from the way we eat, even more so than the way we exercise.  Cutting back on refined sugars, white flours, high fat, and or high sodium foods and substituting with whole grains, veggies, lean protiens, and fruit will result in a reduction in body fat.  Also start incorporating more cardio such as walking, jogging, kickboxing, and or interval training which will boost your calorie expediture.  And try out yoga and or pilates which both target the core and you’ll feel good while your doing it.” -Sara Holliday
