Postpartum Weight Loss- Quick & Simple Healthy Dinner

Here’s a recipe I made up and just ate that tasted delicious.  So for all you busy moms who want to have a quick and simple, healthy, yummy dinner here you go!

*Heat up your wok with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and approx. 1/3 cup water
*Add fresh garlic
*Add large portion of Trader Joes stir fry veggies (or similar packaged vegetables that are fresh)
*Add additional veggies if you’d like such as more brocoli
*Top veggies w/ stir fry sauce or black bean sauce (in oriental section of your grocery store)
*Add sprinkle of garlic powder
*Add a handful or more of cashews (depending on how many you are serving)
*Add egg whites (stir in until it covers veggies- great protien source)
*Optional- add tofu, shrimp or chicken (can be cooked separate then added)
*Serve over whole wheat or whole grain thin pasta
*Enjoy!!!
