Postpartum Weight Loss- How to Firm the Flab on Back of Arms

“A great exercise you can do to tone the back of your arms is tricep dips.  Tricep dips can even be done at your desk. To do the exercise sit tall with your buttocks at the edge of your chair with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Slowly move your bottom an inch away from your chair. Inhale bend your elbows so your upper arms are parallel to the floor, exhale press your arms back to straight but do not sit back on your chair. Repeat the tricep dip up to 15 reps~ working up to 3 sets. Other benefits of tricep dips are toned shoulders and chest.” -Sara Holliday MFT, CPT
