Postpartum Weight Loss- Exercise because You Love it!

If you want to lose those postpartum pounds, I highly recommend finding exercises that you enjoy doing.  Often what happens is women really want to lose weight so they start exercising.  One problem, they chose exercises that they dread!  If you dread exercising, I’m sorry to say, you are not going to keep it up.  On the other hand, if you find an activity that you enjoly doing you will be consistent…and consistency in exercising = weight loss!
