"I have enjoyed Sara’s stroller workout so much I plan my week around it. I’ve enjoyed the challenging workouts and the results; I’m so much stronger and fit now. The camaraderie with the other mom’s has been fantastic; I’ve made some wonderful friends who enjoy being active and healthy. And I love that my son has a group of good friends that dates back to when he was just a tiny tot. I look forward to every class."
