You may have many questions that you feel you would like to know the answer too such as finances, relationships and health. You can find the answer you need through asking questions while meditating. Follow these simple steps to find your answer:
1. Find a quiet and peaceful space
2. Set the mood by lighting a scented candle and or putting on a soothing water fountain
3. Sit comfortably in a supportive chair or on the floor on a comfortable pillow (you can place your back against a wall if needed for support)
4. Close your eyes and rest your hands in your lap palm up with your thumbs touching (making a oval shape at your belly)
5. Inhale in through your nose and out through your nose with your mouth closed
6. Imagine the breath going into the oval circle you created
7. Imagine the exhale creating heat
8. After several breaths and after your mind has become calm, begin to ask a question quietly to yourself.
9. The answer may come quickly or take a moment
10. Be patient. Continue to ask questions.
11. When you are done asking questions, be still for a moment. Take a few deep breaths.
12. Slowly come back into your space and open your eyes.
